Diversity
Silentium Partners prides itself on being a leader in creating a diverse workforce within the organisations we have supported and lead numerous diversity search campaigns with the view of appointing key diverse leadership hires across multiple sectors and disciplines both in some of the top consultancies and FTSE 250 organisations.
Our top five priorities globally for DEI, which are around gender, generation, nationality/ ethnicity, LGBT+, and disabilities. Given some of the things that happened in 2020 in key markets like the UK, addressing racial equity and topics of systemic racism will be a big priority for us in 2021/2022.
We’ll also continue our work around improving inclusion for employees with disabilities, empowering women, and increasing generational diversity.
With over 20 years expertise and depth in the domain of Risk Management and Cyber we are uniquely position and plugged into to sourcing some of the most exciting diverse leadership talent and our mission is to provide our clients with a broad and deep diverse workforce.
We know we’ve worked really hard at the top levels providing leadership when it comes to increasing gender diversity
Silentium Partners make talent decisions that will challenge support at the top, as well as ensuring there is a healthy pipeline of middle management supported and positioned to progress and grow into some of the top jobs as they continue their career to the top
When you’re faced with a singular talent decision, who to pick for that one critical role on your team Silentium Partners have to openly say I think we still face certain biases. Our diversity program sometimes want to hire someone who can do the job tomorrow, versus hiring for potential or diversity. And that’s something we continue to work on through education, data, and some governance.
Finally we strongly believe the success of any business in 2022 going forward will solely depend on a broad range of diverse thinking and background and we want to make sure the workforce matches the core values of our clients to embrace change and equality so everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed regardless of background, race, sexual orientation, age or background.
